Q. Do you have any superstitions before playing a football match? 

A. Always put right sock and right boot on first before a match (and coaching sessions 😊) 

Q. What inspires you to coach? 

A. Seeing the enjoyment football can bring into young people's lives, also seeing young people learn valuable life skills that is so important for their development.

A. I enjoy helping people become better at football. 

Q. Who is your favourite footballer and why? 

A. Trent Alexander Arnold, he is my inspiration as he oaves the way for fullbacks.

Q. Do you have any superstitions before playing a football match? 

A. I always put my left boot on first with a rub of my left sleeve on my toe.

Q. What inspires you to coach?

A. Seeing the joy it brings to the children and the memories of when I was their age. This gives me the drive to help the fantastic coaches that coach for Motive8 Sports Coaching.

A. Seeing young people having fun and getting involved in something that I am also extremely passionate about.

Q. Who is your favourite footballer and why?

A. Lucy Bronze, her work rate and sportsmanship is the best I've seen in any athlete. She is a massive role model having qualities like that.

A. Seeing the children having fun and learning new thing, it's the most rewarding experience I've ever had.

A. The joy and energy the children have for football is utterly infectious. It's brilliant to see the game through their eyes, their continuous effort and improvement is inspirational.
